All retailers are required to provide Vendor or Business License number when registering for their business account. Registering on the site not only allows you to shop on the web site, but also enables you to enter company information to check your order status.

Modify & Update Your Account Information

At My Account you can always update or modify your e-mail address and/or password, company profile, billing and shipping information. Please make sure you input the correct information. You can pick and choose your default shipping and billing information which will be used at the check out.

Forget Password

Billing

Your account with KokoEnterprise.com securely saves all of the information that was submitted during registration process. After registration is completed you should have your company profile and default shipping information. However, you must enter billing information in order to check out. Billing information is basically your "Credit Card Information".

Shipping & Handling

International - S & H to all destinations is $25.00
Canada - Flat Rate $10.00
U.S. - Flat Rate $15.00

We ship only after we receive a cleared payment. Your order will get sent out within 2-3 days after payment is confirmed.
For Xpress Post, Please add $8.00 for Canada and $12.00 for USA, this will include a tracking number, item with Xpress Post will arrive within 2-7 days.
For normal delivery, it usually takes 4-12 business days to arrive.

Entering correct shipping address is important for us to calculate accurate shipping charges toward your items.

Please make sure to enter correct shipping address in order to receive items on time. Customer will be responsible for any other charges and fees if address is entered incorrectly.

Return & Exchange Policy

Starting October 1, 2009, all credits for damaged or defective items will be applied for store-credit only.
Returns and exchanges must be reported within 7 days from the day you received items.
Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.
Restocking fee (10% of order amount) applies to all returns excluding damaged or defective items.
Customers are responsible for the applicable shipping charges for non-damaged items of exchange.
